Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Sour cream, imitation, cultured
- 0.5 tbsp Sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve
- 4 oz Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, corn
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 4 tbsp PACE, Diced Green Chilies
- 0.75 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 0.1 tbsp Ground cumin
- 0.25 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 3 piece Pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 unit Smoked chicken breast
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken breast, green chilies, mozzarella cheese, cumin, chili powder and olives.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray. Add 1 tortilla to pan and spread chicken mixture (1/2 cup) over it. Now fold the right side of tortilla over filling and cook it for at least a minute.
- Repeat the above procedure with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
- Now coat the tortillas with cooking spray and continue cooking in the pan until the cheese melts. Serve the hot tortillas with salsa and sour cream.
