Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 4 slice Cheese, provolone, reduced fat
- 2 cup, chopped Watercress, raw
- 8 oz, boneless Turkey, light or dark meat, smoked, cooked, with skin, bone removed
- 8 slice Bread, reduced-calorie, white
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 2 1 tbsp canola mayonnaise
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Heat the grill to the required temperature.
- In a bowl, combine canola mayonnaise, lemon rind, lemon juice, black pepper and garlic. Spread this mixture evenly across the bread slices.
- Top each bread slice with cheese, watercress, turkey and the remaining bread slices.
- After coating the grill with cooking spray, arrange the sandwiches in pan. Now press the sandwiches using a heavy pan.
- Repeat the above procedure with the remaining sandwiches.
- Serve hot.
