Ingredients
- 2 slice thin Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
- 0.5 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 2 can Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, lemon juice, lemon rind, capers, parsley, olive oil and pepper.
- Spread the above mixture evenly on the whole wheat bread. Serve fresh or refrigerate to take away.
