- 2 medium Cucumber, peeled, raw
- 2 medium whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 3 4 oz Ground turkey breast
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
- 4 tortilla Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, flour, shelf stable
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cucumber, tomato, turkey and lettuce.
- Spoon out a portion of the above mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Spread the pesto over the top and serve immediately.
