Ingredients
- 2 tbsp parmigiano reggiano cheese
- 5.4999999999999 cup Baby Spinach
- 5.0000000000001 cloves Garlic, raw
- 0.25 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 3 serving Turkey sausage, fresh, raw
- 0.99999999999999 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1.5 cup cooked brown rice
Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to directions.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add oil and swirl the pan to coat uniformly. Add sausage and pepper and cook for at least 4 minutes.
- Add garlic and continue to cook for a few seconds. Now add spinach and continue to cook spinach until it begins to wilt.
- Add brown rice and cook for one more minute. Sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.
