Ingredients
- 1 packet Cereals, QUAKER, Instant Oatmeal Organic, Regular
- 0.5 cup Almond Milk, Silk Purealmond,
- 0.5 scoop Weider Nutrition Gold Whey, vanilla
- 0.5 1 scoop CocoCardio
- 1 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 gram Stevia, natural sweetener, granulated
- 28 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 0.25 scoop Weider Nutrition Gold Whey, vanilla
- 0.25 2 TBSP Coconut Flour, Let's Do Organic!
- 0.1 cup Almond Milk, Silk Purealmond,
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 gram Stevia, natural sweetener, granulated
Instructions
- Mix 1/2 cup raw old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1/2 scoop CocoCardio (1/2 TBSP), 1 egg white, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 stevia packets in a bowl. Pour into an oven-safe dish thats been sprayed with a nonstick spray. Bake at 375F for 26-28 minutes.
- Make a "cheesecake" icing by mixing 2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt, 1 TBSP vanilla whey protein, 1/2 TBSP coconut flour, 1.5 TBSP unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 stevia packet. Pour on top of your oats once baked.
- I also added on some chopped up double chocolate chunk quest bars and some raw cacao nibs.
