- 0.99999999999999 tbsp, ground Seeds, flaxseed
- 0.50000000000001 cup SILK Vanilla, soymilk
- 2 container Yogurt, vanilla or lemon flavor, nonfat milk, sweetened with low-calorie sweetener, fortified with vitamin D
- 0.50000000000001 cup Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium fortified (fat free or skim)

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except flaxseed in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into 3 tall glasses.
- Sprinkle with flaxseed, if you like that sort of thing.
- Serve chilled.
