Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.5 tsp Spices, garlic powder
- 1 1 cup Whole Grain Tortilla
- 0.2 cup Ketchup
- 2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1.5 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 1.2 1 cup chipotle salsa
- 0.3 tbsp Ground cumin
- 9 serving Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
- 0.79999999999998 fl oz Lime juice, raw
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine crushed tortilla chips, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, cumin and chipotle salsa. Set the mixture aside for at least 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine ground beef, eggs and cheddar cheese.
- Coat an aluminum foil with cooking spray.
- Form 9*5” loafs out of the beef mixture. Place the meatloaf in a pan and bake for 50 minutes at the set temperature.
- In another bowl, combine ketchup, salt, 1 tbsp salsa and lime juice. Pour this mixture over meatloaf.
- Continue to bake at the set temperature for another 20 minutes.
- Set the meatloaf aside for 5 minutes before serving.
