When I am completely tired of eating raw egg whites all the time, I like to make these peanut butter egg white pancakes (or whatever you call them). Top the pancakes with some extra peanut butter if it fits your macros.

Ingredients
- 6 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 1 tbsp Cacao powder, 100% cacao
- 20 gram Stevia, natural sweetener, granulated
- 0.25 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 0.75 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients, make sure the cacao is not cluthering
- Heat up a pan, add some oil and pour in the mixture
- Ready when solid. Be careful with flipping these units, they might break.
