Try this Portobello burger if you are looking for an easy-to-make low-carb recipes. Grilled Portobello mushrooms taste delicious and I use them instead of a bun in this recipe. Portobello mushrooms are beneficial to active people as they contain very few calories but are high in nutritional value. Their regular consumption boosts the immune system and metabolism. They are rich in minerals like potassium, phosphorous and copper. A lean turkey patty is used to stuff the mushroom along with some salad green to assemble the whole burger.
