Ingredients
- 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 ounce Artichoke hearts
- 0.3 ounce Whole Wheat Pasta
- 0.5 ounce Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 0.5 ounce Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 0.5 ounce Pesto, red or green
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 0.5 ounce Water
Instructions
- Cook the pasta as directed on the box.
- Meanwhile heat a large pan over medium heat. Add artichoke hearts, broccoli, bell pepper, pesto and water. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in shrimps and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and salt.Coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot.
