Ingredients
- 0.8 beans Beans, snap, green, raw
- 0.2 ounce Panko (Japanese Style Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 0.5 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 ounce Water
- 0.5 gram Almond Nut
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil over high heat. Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and set aside.
- Heat half a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan and toast panko for 2 minutes until it’s crisp. Remove from the heat. Add lemon zest and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in a skillet. Add green beans and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and almonds. Cook for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
- Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle toasted panko on the top and serve immediately.
