Ingredients
- 2 cup Chard, swiss, raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 1 tsp Garlic, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, mustard seed, ground
- 1 serving PACE, Diced Green Chilies
- 1 tsp, whole Spices, cumin seed
- 1 tsp Spices, turmeric, ground
- 1 tsp Spices, allspice, ground
- 0.5 ounce Aroy D Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Oil, coconut
- 1 ounce Water
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustrad seeds. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add onion, green chilies, ginger and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add spices turmeric and all-spice powder. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Add the Swiss chard, water and coconut milk. Stir and cook for 5-6 minutes until soft and tender.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot.
