Ingredients
- 20 serving Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon
- 20 large Egg, whole, cooked, scrambled
- 7 serving Simply Potatoes Hash Browns Southwest Style
- 14 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 14 piece Whole wheat tortillas
- 2 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 0.5 onion Onions, sweet, raw
- 1 cup Almond Milk, Silk Purealmond,
- 6 link, 4/lb Sausage, Italian, pork, raw
Instructions
- Dice peppers and half onion and store in a bowl. Slice 1 pack of bacon and sausage and set aside to thaw. Beat 20 eggs and add 1 cup of almond milk. Cook meats until brown and mix in a large bow. Put onion and pepper in the pan and stir occasionally, while cooking hash browns in a non-stick pan. Once finished, add to mixing bowl with meats. Finally cook the eggs in a non-stick pan and add to mixing bowl. Mix and put 1 cup of the ingredients into a tortilla wrap with a slice of cheese. Wrap in a paper towel and then seran wrap and freeze. Before eating, place one in the fridge overnight and microwave it for 1-1.5 minutes in the morning.
