Cheesy Kale Chips [Bulkbites.com]

A Crispy, cheesy, kale chips is one of my favorite snack recipes. They are healthy, guilt free and easy to make snacks for a sensible munching. Kale is a powerhouse of nutrition; it is a rich source of vitamins A, C, E and K. This calcium rich food also contains high amount of fiber. Parmesan cheese and bit of garlic provide a wonderful flavor and antioxidants to my chips. These cheesy kale chips can be stored in an air tight container for a week.
