Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 ounce Raspberries, raw
- 2 tablespoon Peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
- 1 1 TBSP Nutella
- 1 ounce Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray oil.
- Combine oats and raspberries in a bowl.
- Melt peanut butter in a sauce pan over low heat. Add nutella, sugar and honey. Stir and cook until sugar dissolve.
- Add oats mixture and mix well.
- Pour into the baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Let it cool and cut into bars.
