Ingredients
- 1 cup, balls Melons, cantaloupe, raw
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 piece Ice cubes
Instructions
- Put milk, protein powder and cantaloupe into a blender and blend until puree.
- Add ice cubes and blend again for 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
