Ingredients
- 2 slice Bacon, pre-sliced, reduced/low sodium, unprepared
- 1 spear, small Asparagus, raw
- 1 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
Instructions
- Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Wash and trim the asparagus into 4 inch sticks.
- Cut the bell peppers into long and 1 cm thick slices.
- Make a bunch of 2 asparagus, 2 green bell peppers and 2 red bell peppers.
- Now wrap the bacon around the vegetables and secure with a toothpick. Prepare the vegetable bunch in the same manner with other bacons.
- Place the vegetable bunch on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove to a paper towel to drain oil.
- Serve immediately.
