Ingredients
- 2 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.13 1 cup Almond Milk, Original, Unsweetened
- 1 2 slices Nature's Own 40 calorie/slice Wheat Bread
- 0.5 2 TBSP Walden Farms 0 calorie Caramel Syrup
- 1 1 packet Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia (packet)
Instructions
- Mix together the egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, walden farms caramel sauce, and stevia packet. Soak 2 pieces bread in the egg whites for 2-3 minutes per side. Cook in a sprayed pan over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until th egg whites are cooked.
- I topped mine with a lemon pudding cream, chocolate brownie quest bar pieces, raw buckwheat groats, and coco bananas peanut butter by PB Crave.
- Also fun to do - cook in a waffle maker (like I did) instead of a pan!
