Ingredients
- 3 piece Banana
- 3 slice Plain Butter
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 0.75 tsp Leavening agents, baking soda
- 1.25 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
- 0.75 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1.5 cup Fat free buttermilk
- 1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1.5 tsp Sugars, granulated
- 1 unit Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft wheat
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
- In another bowl, combine egg, butter and buttermilk. Add this mixture into the flour mixture and stir well until it becomes a thick batter.
- Place a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Slowly add ΒΌ cup of batter on the pan and evenly spread it.
- Scatter a few banana slices over each pancake. Cook the pancakes until its edges are sufficiently dry. Turn the pancakes over and cook on the other side for a few more minutes.
- Serve the pancakes hot.
