Ingredients
- 2 1 tbsp poppy seed
- 2 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 2 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken breast
- 5 1 piece Buttery Crackers
- 3 1 cup Egg noodles, cooked
- 0.25 cup Margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, with salt
- 2.5 cup Creamy dressing, made with sour cream and/or buttermilk and oil, reduced calorie, fat-free
- 8 oz Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 1 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, sour cream, noodles, cheeses and soup.
- Pour the mixture into a tray that is coated with cooking spray.
- In another bowl, mix margarine and cracker crumbs. Pour this mixture over chicken mixture.
- Spread a little poppy seeds over cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius until the crackers become golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
