Ingredients
- 2 tsp Oil, sesame, salad or cooking
- 2 tbsp Sauce, oyster, ready-to-serve
- 2 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 0.5 cup chopped Celery, raw
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
- 0.5 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 0.25 cup, halves and whole Nuts, cashew nuts, dry roasted, without salt added
- 0.5 1 cup Chopped Green Onions
- 3 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
- 0.5 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 0.2 cup Cornstarch
- 4.5 fillet Chicken breast, low fat
- 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch, sherry and soy sauce.
- In another bowl, combine honey, oyster sauce, broth, remaining cornstarch and remaining soy sauce.
- Heat a little oil in a pan placed over medium heat. Add chicken mixture and cook for around 3 minutes and then remove.
- Again heat a little oil in the pan (placed over medium heat). Add bell pepper, celery and onion and saute for a couple of minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger and saute for a minute. Add chicken mixture back into the pan and cook for a minute.
- Now add broth mixture into chicken mixture and bring to a boil. Remove the mixture from heat. Add cashews and green onions. Serve hot.
