Ingredients
- 3 1 oz Low fat mozarella
- 0.8 1/2 cup Panko (Japanese Style Bread Crumbs
- 0.5 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce, low-fat
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 3 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit / 220 degrees Celsius.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook panko breadcrumbs in the pan until they're toasted to perfection. Remove from the pan and keep it aside.
- Cut the mozzarella into sticks and dip each piece in the egg substitute and dredge in breadcrumbs. Take a cooking spray coated baking tray and arrange the mozzarella sticks. Sprinkle with some cheese. Bake for at least 3 minutes at the set temperature.
- Pour marinara sauce into a bowl and heat it in a microwave at high temperature for a minute. Serve the sauce with mozzarella sticks.
