Ingredients
- 250 gram Rice, brown, long-grain, raw
- 2 medium Bananas, raw
- 2 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 1 lemon yields Lemon juice, raw
Instructions
- Cook the rice (see package)
- Chop fruit and vegetables
- Mix with lemon juice and rice.
- Enjoy.
