Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 2 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, fresh
- 0.3 cup 1% low fat milk
- 6 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1.5 oz Cheese, goat, soft type
- 1.5 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 3 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 2 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 5 3 Oz Grape Tomatoes
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix milk, salt, black pepper, eggs and egg whites.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add olive oil, thyme and grape tomatoes. Saute until tomatoes become tender. Arrange basil and plum tomatoes in layers and sprinkle a little goat cheese over them.
- Pour egg mixture over cheese. Cook until the mixture has set.
- Now flip the frittata until both sides are lightly brown. Serve hot.
