Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 6 serving Chicken Of The Sea Lump Crabmeat
- 16 1 wrapper Wonton wrappers
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 0.5 1/2 cup Imitation crab meat
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
- 1 cup Cheese spread, cream cheese base
- 0.5 1 oz ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp Sauce, worcestershire
- 1 cup, chopped Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the crab meat.
- In another bowl, add the cream cheese and soften it using a spatula. Add Soy sauce, chopped onion, salt, pepper, spring onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and ginger. Mix well.
- Roughly chop the crab sticks and add that along with the crab meat to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
- Place a small portion of the mixture (about 50 gm each) at the center of wanton sheet and fold in the form of a triangle and seal it using water.
- Now join the two ends of the triangle similar to the shape of a tortellini. Deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
