Ingredients
- 5 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2.5 cup shredded leftover chicken
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1.5 tsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 6 tsp Sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, TABASCO
- 0.3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2.5 tbsp, ground Spices, thyme, dried
- 2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 tbsp Spices, chili powder
- 2 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw
- 0.75 1 tbsp Paste, chili
- 0.2 cup Corn flour, masa, enriched, white
Instructions
- Dice the chicken into ½ inch cubes.
- Marinate the chicken in salt, black pepper, chopped garlic, Tabasco sauce, egg, parsley, thyme, soy sauce, lemon juice and red chili paste. Keep it aside for at least half an hour.
- Take a plastic bag, add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt and red chili powder. Add the marinated chicken into the bag and shake well. Empty into a sieve so that the extra flour will be dusted out.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil. Serve hot.
