Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.5 oz Cheese, feta
- 0.25 cup Frozen Spinach, Squeezed dry, thawed
- 0.5 sprigs Parsley, fresh
- 0.25 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, add egg whites, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture in a pan placed over medium heat.
- Top the mixture with spinach. Sprinkle feta cheese and fold over.
- Serve hot.
