Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2.5 tsp Oil, canola
- 1 tsp Vinegar, cider
- 2 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 0.05 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1.5 cup Pearl Onions
- 1 slice Plain Butter
- 8 loin, whole Pork loin, Tenderloin, trimmed, separate fat and lean only.
- 2 1 medium Gala Apples
- 0.5 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius.
- Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until they are brown.
- Add apple in the pan and place it in the oven. Bake until the apple and onions are tender.
- Add salt, pepper, thyme and butter.
- Sprinkle pork with a little salt and pepper and place it on a large pan that is lightly oiled. Heat the pork over medium heat until it is cooked perfectly on both sides.
- Remove pork from the pan and keep it aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, mix flour and chicken broth. Add this mixture to the pan and bring it to a boil. Continue to cook the mixture until it reduced to ΒΌ cup.
- Add the remaining butter and vinegar. Serve hot.
