Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
- 0.25 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 6 fillet Chicken breast, low fat
- 3 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 0.25 cup Lemon juice, raw
- 0.5 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 2.5 slice Plain Butter
Instructions
- Place chicken between 2 plastic sheets and pound until you get an even thickness. Sprinkle the chicken with a little salt and pepper. Now dredge the chicken in flour.
- Melt a little butter in a skillet placed over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for a couple of minutes. Turn the chicken over and add capers, lemon juice and chicken broth. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chicken with parsley and cook for a minute.
- Now bring the sauce to a boil and serve over chicken.
