Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 0.25 tbsp Ground cumin
- 1.25 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 16 oz Lamb, Australian, imported, fresh, leg, sirloin chops, boneless, separable lean only, trimmed to 1/8" fat, raw
- 0.5 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, paprika and cumin.
- Cut lamb into 24 cubes (1-inch each). Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over lamb and then combine it with the yogurt mixture in a plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least a few minutes.
- Remove lamb and thread at least 3 pieces onto each of 8 skewers. Coat a grill pan with cooking spray and heat it to a desired temperature.
- Place the skewers on the pan and cook until the lamb is cooked thoroughly. Remove the skewers from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining lamb pieces.
- Serve the lamb kebabs with yogurt mixture.
