Ingredients
- 1 1 piece Granny Smith apple
- 8 1 slice Whole grain wheat bread
- 3 tbsp Dressing, honey mustard, fat-free
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 8 slice Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
Instructions
- Spread a little honey mustard on both sides of bread slices and then place a cheese slice on each of 4 bread slices and finally top it with apples.
- Top each of the bread slices with the remaining cheese and bread (make sure the honey mustard side is down).
- Coat each side of the sandwiches with cooking spray and cook them on a grill until they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot.
