Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 serving Sara Lee Honey Ham Lower Sodium
- 0.5 cup Asparagus, raw
- 3 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.25 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 0.5 1 cup Jarlsberg reduced cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, mix ham, eggs, salt, pepper, egg whites and cheese.
- Heat a large pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add onion, asparagus and bell pepper and saute for a few minutes.
- Add egg mixture. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover the mixture and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
- Sprinkle the mixture with a little Italian seasoning. Heat the mixture until the egg is set. Cut into 4 wedges and serve hot.
