Ingredients
- 0.99999999999998 gram whole cloves
- 0.99999999999998 tsp Fresh ginger
- 4 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 0.99999999999998 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.99999999999998 tsp, whole Spices, anise seed
- 0.99999999999998 tsp, ground Spices, cardamom
- 0.99999999999998 cup Whipped cream substitute, dietetic, made from powdered mix
- 4 1 bag black tea bags
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Add milk, brown sugar, ginger, whipped cream, black pepper, clove, anise seed and cardamom in a pan. Add 2 cups water and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add tea bags. Cover the mixture. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
- Filter mixture using a strainer, discarding solids.
- Serve hot.
