Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 2 slice Plain Butter
- 4 1 bun French Hamburger
- 0.25 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 4 1 serving Roasted Summer Vegetables
- 1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 4 slice Cheese, provolone, reduced fat
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix butter, Italian seasoning and garlic.
- Spread the mixture evenly on cut sides of the bun halves. Spread mayonnaise evenly on cut sides of bottom bun halves.
- Place ¾ cup of roasted summer vegetables on each bottom bun half. Now top it with 1 provolone cheese slice and the other bun half.
- Wrap each sandwich carefully with an aluminum foil and bake it the oven set at 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
