Ingredients
- 1 large Apples, raw, with skin
- 1 cup Cereals ready-to-eat, MUESLI, dried fruit and nuts
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 scoop Soy protein, neutral flavor
Instructions
- First pour the milk into a big cup
- Then add the rest (this way the other ingredients will mix in better)
- Blend or use a kitchen machine, until very smooth
