Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 0.75 1 tbsp cherry preserves
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 4 4 Oz Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
- 0.25 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 0.25 tsp, whole Spices, cumin seed
- 0.25 cup Vinegar, red wine
- 1.5 serving Dole Dark Sweet Cherries Pitted
Instructions
- Heat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius. Coat it lightly with cooking spray.
- Crush the cherries lightly and add in the pan. Then add red wine, cumin, garlic, salt, black pepper and red pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook both the sides evenly.
- Serve the chicken with cherry preserves
