Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
- 6 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 3.5 cup chopped Broccoli, raw
- 0.25 cup Semolina, enriched
- 3 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 2 oz Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
Instructions
- In a pan, bring garlic and chicken broth to a simmer. Cover the mixture and cook for at least 10 minutes. Remove garlic and keep aside half portion of broth aside for other use.
- Add salt according to taste.
- In a bowl, add beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, the semolina and the remaining chicken broth.
- Add broccoli to the chicken broth mixture and simmer until it becomes tender. Now, slowly pour the egg mixture. Turn off heat and keep stirring gently for a few minutes. Add black pepper according to taste.
- Serve hot.
