Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 13 cup Brussels sprouts, raw
- 0.5 1 cup Bacon, Pieces
- 0.5 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 1.5 oz Nuts, hazelnuts or filberts, dry roasted, without salt added
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until it becomes crispy.
- Keep the bacon aside, while reserving 1 ½ tsp of drippings for further use.
- Add chicken broth to pan and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add Brussels sprouts and continue to cook until they become tender. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper and combine gently.
- Sprinkle evenly with hazelnuts and sliced bacon. Serve hot.
