Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.5 cup Milk, dry, whole, without added vitamin D
- 3 serving Nature's Path Organic Flax Plus Multigrain Pancake Mix
- 1 serving Oscar Mayer Smoked Ham
- 1 tbsp Spices, dill weed, dried
- 1 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
- 0.5 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, salt, red pepper and ham.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, chopped dill, oil, egg and cheese. Add this mixture to the pancake mixture and keep it aside according to the directions given in pancake-label.
- Lightly coat a pan with a little oil and heat it over medium heat. Pour about 1/3 cup of pancake batter onto the pan. Turn it over when bubbles start appearing on the surface or when the edges become firm.
- Cook the other side for a few more minutes.
- Repeat the above steps for the remaining batter.
- Serve hot.
