Ingredients
- 0.5 serving Water
- 3 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 2 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1 tsp, crumbled Spices, bay leaf
- 0.5 cup chopped Celery, raw
- 2 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 5.5 cup Isola All Natural Cannellini Beans
- 1 8 slices Pancetta slices
- 1.5 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Instructions
- To prepare soup, heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pancetta and saute for a couple of minutes.
- Add garlic, celery and onion. Saute until the ingredients are tender. Now add chicken broth, bay leaf, black pepper, cannellini beans and water. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.
- To prepare Gremolata, mix garlic, lemon rind and parsley in a small bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over soup.
- Serve hot.
