Popeye Panini [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 10 minutes
If I don't feel like eating pasta I like to experiment making lean panini's. This one is stuffed with spinach and chicken and I made this (as usual) with brown bread. Brown bread contains more quality carbs and fibers than the white, that's why. I like to eat spinach before my workout, as the iron in the spinach gives me a better pump during workout. I used chicken fillet with spices for this one, but you can also use plain chicken breast with some poultry spices.
