Ingredients
- 10 unit Crustaceans, shrimp, untreated, raw
- 4 unit Whole Wheat Wraps
- 4 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
- 4 1/2 cup Bush's Best, Black Beans
- 2 large whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 can drained, rinsed Corn, sweet, yellow, canned, drained solids, rinsed with tap water
- 1 unit Onion, red, raw
- 1 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 2 clove Garlic, raw
- 2 tbsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 1 tsp, whole Spices, cumin seed
- 0.5 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 1 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 4 tablespoon Sour cream, reduced fat
- 1 fruit Limes, raw
Instructions
- Finely chop garlic and mix with zest of the lime, ginger, cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper, half of the chopped parsley, 2 tbs of oilve oil and shrimps
- Mix in another bowl the corn, avocado, beans, onion, tomato, red pepper, juice of the lime and the rest of the parsley. Add rest of olive oil en mix with pepper and salt to make a salsa.
- Grill your wraps and shrimps in a separate pan (shrimps until pink)
- Smear tbsp sour cream onto the wrap and add salsa and shrimps
- Enjoy!
