Ingredients
- 2 cup Asparagus, raw
- 1.75 cup Couscous, dry
- 2 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 fruit without refuse Mangos, raw
- 2.5 unit Smoked chicken breast
- 5 4-5 leaves Mint Leaves, green, raw
- 1 small Peppers, sweet, green, raw
- 2 fruit Limes, raw
- 3 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Clean the asparagus and cook them for 2 minutes in boiling water with some salt. Rinse with cold water when done.
- Prepare couscous according to instructions on package with some salt
- Clean bell pepper and cut in rings
- Clean mango, green pepper + mint and dice
- Dice smoked chicken
- Mix couscous, bell pepper, mango, chicken, green pepper and mint with the lemon juice and olive oil
- Add some pepper and salt to taste.
