Ingredients
- 2 cup Spinach, raw
- 5.5 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1.5 cup SWANSON BROTH, Vegetable Broth
- 0.5 serving Water
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
- 1 60 ml Mirin Sauce
- 4 tsp Fresh ginger
Instructions
- Mix Mirin sauce, water, ginger, vegetable broth and soy sauce in a pan. Cover the mixture and simmer until the mixture is reduced to half.
- Add shrimp. Cover the mixture again and continue to cook till shrimp are done. Add spinach and cook for a couple of more minutes, whilst stirring regularly.
- Serve hot.
