Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 0.25 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 1 fl oz Lime juice, raw
- 0.5 tsp Spices, coriander seed
- 1 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 1.25 steak Beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled
- 0.25 tbsp Ground cumin
- 0.25 serving Campbell's Condensed Soup Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Spices, paprika
Instructions
- Add parsley, cilantro, paprika, lime juice, beef broth, cumin, olive oil, salt, red pepper, garlic cloves and coriander in a blender and process until you get a fine mixture.
- To prepare steak, sprinkle a bit of salt and black pepper over steak. Heat a pan over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray. Cook for a few minutes. Then keep it aside for at least 5 minutes.
- Cut steak diagonally into thin slices. Serve with sauce immediately.
