Ingredients
- 2 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 32 ounce CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 1 1 cup mesclun
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 16 ounce Rotisserie Chicken
Instructions
- Add garlic to chicken broth and simmer for a few minutes.
- Now add rice and chicken. Continue to heat the mixture for a few more minutes.
- Divide the mixture evenly between 4 bowls and top each with Mesclun.
- Serve hot.
