Ingredients
- 5 200 grams Regular Beef Mince
- 5 wrap Helga's Mixed Grain Wrap
- 2 large Onions, raw
- 2 medium whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 capsicum Red Capsicum
- 2 pepper Peppers, jalapeno, raw
- 1 tbsp Spices, paprika
- 1 tbsp Spices, chili powder
- 1 tbsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Sea salt
Instructions
- Finely dice/chop the onions, capsicum, tomatoes and jalapenos.
- Brown all diced vegetables in a pot with with some olive oil (medium heat)
- Break apart mince and add to the pot
- Combine vegetables and mince thoroughly
- Cook mince until well-browned
- Add spices and mix well
- Cover pot and continue to simmer until cooked
- Separate into containers (approx 200 grams per container = five serves) and freeze
- When ready to consume, defrost and reheat in microwave, serve on wraps to make a tasty burrito (add hot sauce/sour cream if desired)
