Ingredients
- 1.5 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 2 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.3 cup Lemon juice, raw
- 2.3 cup, sliced Onions, raw
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 5.3 cup Mollusks, mussel, blue, raw
- 0.3 glass Sparkling white wine
- 1 tbsp, crumbled Spices, bay leaf
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 2 tbsp chopped Shallots, raw
Instructions
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add bay leaf, garlic, thyme, shallots and onion. Cook the ingredients for a couple of minutes. Now reduce heat, cover the ingredients and continue to cook for 10 more minutes.
- Add wine. Cover the mixture and continue to heat for a few more minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and mussels. Cover the mixture and cook until the mussels open.
- Sprinkle the dish with a little parsley and serve hot.
