Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 4 fillet Fish, tilapia, raw
- 3 cloves Garlic, raw
- 3 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 0.75 1 cup Green olives, pitted
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 185 degrees Celsius.
- Sprinkle tilapia fish with a little salt and pepper. Now arrange the fillets at the center of a pan that is lightly coated with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes, garlic cloves, parsley and olives. Spread this mixture around the fish fillets on the pan.
- Bake the mixture at the set temperature until the fish fillets have cooked to a desired level. Serve hot.
